payments. We also accept personal checks and money orders.

To order by mail simply complete your checkout by choosing check or
money order you will be presented with an invoice you can print out and
mail to us. For credit card by mail please use our order
form or see the invoice page
for details on how to use our system to generate an invoice to pay using
credit card by mail.
If a credit card order is declined, we will contact the customer by
email and/or phone. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks
and fraudulent credit card charge backs.
Shipping
We ship all products the same day or the next business day whenever
possible, shipping outside the USA usually takes 7-10 days and will be
calculated using USPS online shipping calculator at checkout time. If
the item is out of stock or delayed we will notify you as soon as we
know about it and give you an estimated arrival date at that time. Shipping
is calculated at checkout time using real time rates from USPS web servers.
Returns
Every product shipped by Greenpyramid.com has a 45-day money back
guarantee from the date that the product was ordered.
- The customer must contact Greenpyramid by email and
ship the merchandise within 45 days from the date that the product was
ordered.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will accept a single opened container of each individual product.
We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as
long as they are unopened.
Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discrection
of Greenpyramid on a case by case basis.
Do not return products to Greenpyramid after 45 days have passed without contacting us
first!
